Orders are dispatched seven days a week, excluding bank holidays. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will do their best to accommodate any changes.
If you're unable to receive your parcel at home then why not try our Click and Collect service? We'll send your items to your chosen Suit Direct store to collect when it's convenient for you. We have 25 stores across the country and will hold your order for 10 calendar days.
We offer this service for free and your order will ready for collection after 10am 2 working days after your order. For further peace of mind we will also contact you by either phone or email once your order has arrived safely in store.
Simply place your order and select UK Click And Collect at the checkout and choose your preferred store from the list.
Collecting Your Order
When collecting your order please bring a proof of purchase and the card you have used for payment. If you would like someone to collect the order on your behalf they will need your proof of purchase as well as their own Photo ID.
Standard delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders over £70 and your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. For orders under £70 the standard delivery option is £4.95.
UK Next Day Delivery service is available for most UK Mainland orders placed before 5pm, subject to satisfactory payment security check. For orders over £70 this is charged at £2. For orders under the value over £70 the cost for this service is £6.95. Unfortunately we are not able to offer Next Day delivery on all UK orders and we will notify you if we are unable to fulfil this on your order.
Please note that exceptionally large orders (those over 10 suits) may take longer to delivery due to delivery restrictions. If you require such an order on Next Day Delivery please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise.
We currently ship to the following overseas destinations. Please review the table below for costs and delivery times. Please note any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost of this may be as policies and duties vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for advice on the current charges that are applicable before you place your order.

We want you to be happy with your order but if you would like to return an item or items, for whatever reason, you may do so. You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a salable condition with all labels still attached.
We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which has been altered to your own personal specifications.
For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return back to us any unwanted items.
We are more than happy for any overseas order to be returned but we do ask that whoever is returning the order cover the cost of the return postage to our warehouse. You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached. We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which as been altered to your own personal specifications. For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new items you require and return back to us an unwanted items as specified above. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition, we cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our warehouse.
