Click & Collect from one of our many store locations across the UK. This service is free and your order will be ready for collection after 10am, two working days after your order. When you collect your order, please bring proof of purchase and the card you have used for payment.

Tracked Standard Delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders over (£125) and your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days. For orders under (£125), the standard delivery option is £4.95.

Our tracked Evri Next Day service is available on orders to most UK Mainland addresses placed before 5pm and is charged at £5.95.

Alternatively, a service through FedEx is available. This service is charged at £5.95 and delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days. (Please note: working days exclude weekends).

UK Mainland returns are free of charge.

For exchanges, we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return any unwanted items back to us.

Fast Service, unsure on the suit authenticity.. The order processing and delivery was very quick. I was impressed with that. However, the suit delivered was not as pictured on the website. Nor does it represent some of Ted Baker's trademarks (lapel pin, bold jacket linings, neither of which were present on this suit). This makes me question whether the suit is authentic. The price was good, the quality of the suit seems good, and the service from Suit Direct was speedy, so this reflects my rating.

Ordered a Ted Baker 3pc. Ordered a Ted Baker 3pc suit, arrived in 2 days (ordered on a Saturday). Forgot to enter a new customer discount code, contacted them and they credited my payment card. The only online shop to have all 3 parts of the same suit on the same page. HoF/JL you had to search further for trousers and waistcoat. Straightforward measurement help on the webpage. Couldn't fault them. Excellent service!
