UK Mainland Returns

We want you to be totally happy with your order, but if you would like to return one or more of your items, we’ve made the process super easy. Returns to Mainland UK are **free of charge**, you can:

  • Fly through the returns process in under a minute
  • Have the option to make the sustainable choice with paperless returns and store drop-offs
  • Choose from a list of carriers and return methods based on which is most convenient for you
  • Monitor the status of your return with our tracking updates and notifications
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any items as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached. For online orders placed after 25/04/2022 simply click on the below to be directed to our online returns portal:

If you chose to return to us via an InPost locker please be aware that the maximum size locker measures 64cm x 38cm x 41cm and are not available at all locations. If you have selected this method and are unable to use the locker please follow the Collect+ instructions below, or contact us.

If you are otherwise unable to return via the above portal please return using the Collect+ that you can to print at home.

Please note: some exceptionally large orders may be shipped in packaging larger than can be used for Collect+ returns. If your order is affected then please contact us and we will work with you to arrange an alternative.

Please contact us if you haven't received your refund within 14 days of posting.

Returns must be made to the point of sale. At present we are unable to accept store returns online, or returns from website orders to our stores. We apologise for this inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any item which has been altered to your own personal specifications. We are also unable to accept any returns on underwear, socks, or masks for hygiene reasons.

For exchanges, we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return any unwanted items back to us.


UK - Non Mainland Returns

Items can be returned at via your local Post Office at your cost. As Suit Direct cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post we suggest keeping your receipt as proof of postage.

Overseas Delivery & Returns

For orders placed prior to 02/03/22, overseas customers are entitled to return their order to us for a refund, providing the above conditions are met, however we ask that the customer cover the costs of returning the item(s) to our warehouse.
