Click & Collect from one of our many store locations across the UK. This service is free and your order will be ready for collection after 10am, two working days after your order. When you collect your order, please bring proof of purchase and the card you have used for payment.

Please note: We are unable to refund purchases made via the website in our stores.

Tracked Standard Delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders over (£125) and your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days. For orders under (£125), the standard delivery option is £4.95.

Our tracked Evri Next Day service is available on orders to most UK Mainland addresses placed before 5pm and is charged at £5.95.

Alternatively, a service through FedEx is available. This service is charged at £5.95 and delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days. (Please note: working days exclude weekends).

UK Mainland returns are free of charge.

For exchanges, we ask that you place a new order for any new items that you require and return any unwanted items back to us.

The shop staff were excellent. The shop staff were excellent and professional in what they did, we felt at ease and not pressured to buy, we looked at other options in the shopping complex, but came back to Suit Direct. The suit was bought for my son for a wedding, and he returned for a fitting, which went well, and pre planned with the shop. I fully recommend the store at Dalton Park, and should not hesitate to use again.

Great store and fantastic staff. I bought a suit recently, not had one for years so took me a while to decide which to have, I ended up with one that can be worn on any occasion and won’t date. On trying on all the items the sizing was spot on. I used the whole outfit for a wedding the following week of purchase and it all felt well made so should last a good few years without getting dated. The staff in the shop were unbelievably helpful even down to me trying different shirts until I got the size collar I needed( I gag if too tight) all in all this store has oodles of choices and colours and would buy again from them, the staff were excellent

Worry free shopping. Had a good shopping experience at Suits Direct at Dalton Park Seaham. From suit selection, fitting, professional advice from the knowledgeable Chris, and eventual delivery. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again!

Navy blue suit. I’ve been in lakeside brunch to get new suit. Very helpful people there. Because I didn’t know my size, I tried a lot of different suits and then I choose which one I want. They didn’t have it in stock, but they helped me to order it online and next day I received it. I’m very happy with my experience and I will recommend this shop to all customers.
