"OK I admit, I bought this design and colour of suit simply because it was a close match to the suit worn in the pre-title sequence of "Spectre", navy blue Prince of Wales with a lighter blue windowpane effect. Suits Direct sold other similar designs by other labels, but I chose Ben Sherman as I already own two of their Slim Fit Kings suits and I know they work for body type.I bought a 38R, but I did then take it to my local tailor to have it shorted in the arm length by 3/4 inch and have it taken in for a closer silhouette on the body. I do wonder whether I'd be better off getting jackets in a 38S, so next time I'm visiting a shop that sells the Ben Sherman Kings fit, I'll give it a try, might at least save on arm length alteration costs. These alterations are personal preference however, even the tailor remarked that none of it needed altering, but I wanted some shirt cuff showing, which even after altering, it still didn't, but you have to get the balance right. The material is a 60/40 Wool/Viscose blend, but at this price point, still a great suit, which if my other suits are anything to go by, won't get worn much, but when they do, makes me stand a little bit taller."
