I’m so glad I stopped. I’m so glad I stopped at suit direct. From the moment I entered the store the staff were attentive and helpful.
A gentleman named Darren was the chap that helped me in the end, I honestly cannot praise Darren enough! His customer service skills are impeccable!
He sat with myself and my fiance and talked us through the different styles of tuxedo to make sure we got what we wanted.
Whilst I tried a few bits on he sat with my fiance asking questions about when the wedding was etc. . just a really lovely, helpful man.
I had to have adjustments done to my jacket and trousers, Darren measured me and pinned my suit on the Saturday morning and it was back in store ready to collect by the following Thursday. I was extremely happy with this.
If I could give 10 stars I would, I’ll definitely be shopping at suit direct Bridgend for any of my suits in the future.
Darren if you see this, thank you again for all your help. Your a true gentleman.

Very pleased with the service. Very pleased with the service from very helpful man. He took the time to make sure my son had everything he needed for a funeral even though that meant working past the store closing time. We will return next time we want a suit.

Professional and accommodating.. Fantastic service from the team overall. Purchased three suits for my wedding at the bridgend store and nothing was too much trouble. Nigel in particular made the process smooth and communicated exceptionally well when required. Competitive prices made it even more satisfying.

Great service. There were a lot of options in store and the gentleman (Darren) who served me was very helpful. He wasn't pushy with anything but could see that I was torn in my decisions so was on hand to help and provide advice. He is a credit to your store.

17/07 Visit. I recently shopped here to buy a blazer for a wedding, the service was excellent (forgot the name but it was around 6pm on 17/07) and attentive without ever feeling like I was being pressured to buy anything. The suit quality was also impressive, all around a very positive experience and i’ll be back there next time I need a suit!

Fab service. I would 100% recommend Suit direct for anyone looking for a suit or any type of mens clothing. The gentleman who served us was lovely. He made sure my husband had the right size of suit and shirt. He gave great advice and we left with the perfect suit and shirt. The gentleman was really happy to help and he made us feel like nothing was too much trouble for him. Such a fab man.

Darren was amazing. Booked for my son to be measured for his prom suit,my son being a bigger boy was soon put at ease with Darren and tried on a few options the suit he wanted the jacket wasn't in stock so Darren found it online and we picked it up a few days later. Darren wasn't there when we went back unfortunately so we were handed the jacket and left I wish Darren had been there he was fantastic and would of liked him to see my son suited properly.

Highly recommend. Looking for that perfect suit you just go to suit direct. Ever walked into a shop and you’re not acknowledged with a hello ?? Well, suits direct Bridgend are so welcoming, helpful and friendly while offering a very professional service, both my sons were fitted with suit, tie, shirt and shoes! one stop shop, fantastic. Great quality, choice and service with a hello, smile and a handshake. Staff make you feel at ease and well looked after, wonderful experience. Just visit and you won’t be disappointed, highly recommend, will go back. Thank you to the great staff at the the outlet shopping centre Bridgend.
