Great Customer Experience. I needed a suit before going to the races and I can never make up my mind buying clothes, especially suits with the style fit etc. The lady who served me was amazing, and because of her, solely i will definitely be returning. On the receipt it says her name was Lucy :)

Fantastic Service. Went to Cheshire Oakes to buy a suit for my son's prom. The customer service from Nathan was fantastic and helped My son to pick the perfect suit. He looked amazing and had so many positive comments of how smart he looked. He was complete kitted out with a 3 piece suit and tie pocket hankies cap and shoes all in 30 mins and we found the perfect suit and the perfect fit. Nathan is a credit to the store and his service and skills were absolutely brilliant . Thankyou Nathan and suits direct

Shirt. Came looking for a shirt.
Gave me a sample to try on. Not a good look for your store if the sample is an off white due to grime, it smelt of sweat. And no top button. A very poor sample.
I also think that some shirts need to give a little bit more around the belly. Not every man has a big neck with a larger belly.

Shopping Experience. It was the first time i has visited Suit Direct Cheshire Oaks,as i required a suit for a up and coming wedding and was not looking forward to walking round all the different shops. I need,nt have worried i got everything i required from Suits Direct. Brillant!

Great choice & customer service. Purchased a custom made suit from moss bros & had to return it as sent wrong waistcoat & suit fitted like a potato sack!
Went next door to suits direct and oh what a difference? Amber Leah was brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble & offered great advice, which resulted in me leaving with a suit that fitted perfectly off the peg (which I thought would be impossible due to my size & shape) for half the price of the moss bros suit. Highly recommend to anyone Thanks!!

New suit. The day arrived when I needed to get a new suit. The day I dread, they never have the right size or what I am looking for. On this occasion found the right suit, was uncertain over sizes, the assistant was really great and got me matched with my requirements, tried it on and it couldn’t have fitted any better. The additional cheeky 20% off helped also. But great new shit, fits perfect, gave me added to confidence for my sales presentation 2 days later
