Excellent customer service. It was a very pleasant experience doing shopping at the suits direct in westfield Stafford shopping centre. All the staff was very helpful. Especially Rubol one of the staff member made our shopping process extra special and stress free by helping us to choose the the right sizes, colours and matching accessories for our wedding suits. Because of such an excellent service we didn't bother to look anywhere else and made the purchase. For this reason the Suits direct will definitely be our first choice for shopping in future and we will recommend the suits direct to all our family and friends too. We really appreciate Rubol's passionate help and wish him all the best.

Service. The store manager was very good and supportive but the trouser bought was small company to other 32R slim fit trousers he normally buys from other stores.

Service. The service was first class We had my daughters wedding in a few days so i was panicking because i left my suit to the last few days The manager was amazing he helped me in every way and made me feel like I wanted to get everything from suit direct.It’s a shame if i knew about your place I would of told 10 ushers to buy from here to.Never mind next time Top manager 🙏

Great service. Came here with my 16 year old to buy a prom suit after discovering that there is no longer a Next in Westfield. The staff could not have been more helpful. They really put my son at ease, listened to what he wanted, and gave lots of advice. We came away with a suit, shirt, tie and pocket square and my son is really happy with everything we got.
